Ampair's 12V dual input Charge Control Regulator is designed for charging a single 12V battery bank with two 100W Ampair generators: The AQUW (UW100) in-stream water turbine, Pacific 100 (Ampair 100) wind turbine and the Aquair 100 water turbine.

This regulator is engineered specifically to handle the higher voltage output when your battery bank is fully charged, and your Ampair generators go into open circuit mode.

Ampair's 12V regulators prevent battery over-charge and limit battery voltage to 14.0 volt DC at Hi set point and 13.6 volt on Lo set point, with 14.4 volt equalisation. Use the Hi set point connection for standard Lead Acid batteries and Lo for gel, AGM or infrequent use.

NOTE: Regulator will not operate if not connected to a battery bank.
